KS1 Wow Starter

We introduced this term’s wonderful story “The Boy Who Loved Maps” during our wow Starter' session where the children created their very own treasure maps. This hands-on activity allowed them to explore key geographical concepts while tapping into their imaginative skills. The treasure maps illustrated various features such as mountains, rivers, and landmarks, allowing them to become mapmakers themselves.
