Term 5 Wow Starter

After the Easter holidays, children returned to school with excitement and curiosity as they embarked on a new term. The atmosphere was filled with energy as students gathered in their classrooms, eager to begin their learning journey once again. To kick things off, teachers introduced a "WOW starter" to ignite the students' imaginations. Wagtail class received an unexpected surprise – a letter from a king himself! The letter invited the students to help create new laws for his kingdom, sparking a wave of enthusiasm and creativity. The children were thrilled at the prospect of being part of something so grand, and their minds buzzed with ideas for laws that could make the kingdom a better place. It was a perfect way to start the term, blending learning with a touch of royal adventure. Swift Class discovered an ancient looking key and began to wonder what it would open. Curious and excited they opened the classroom door to discover that it had become a medieval castle. Stone walls, towering turrets and a grand kitchen open fire greeted them and their castle adventure had begun!
