Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day – On Monday a small group of Year 6 children from Fitzmaurice, alongside children from Christchurch and St Laurence, took part in a short remembrance service by the war memorial in Westbury Gardens. We observed the 2-minute silence alongside members of the public and the children from Fitzmaurice read The Prayer of St Francis. The service was led by the Reverend Jenny Nelson who is the new Reverend of Holy Trinity Church.
